Analýza bezpečnosti silničního provozu na křižovatce Dělnická - Fryštátská v Havířově

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the road traffic at crossroads of streets Dělnická and Fryštátská in Havířov and to propose the necessary measures for improving the free flow and safety of traffic. The thesis includes in-depth analysis of status quo and detailed description of the area surrounding the crossroad. Its main theme is the thorough elaboration and evaluation of traffic survey. The evaluation focuses on calculation of all the types of traffic intensity and the capacity of the crossroad. The thesis also consist of analysis of accident rate and video analysis of the traffic conflict situations. Following the evaluation of the current state of the crossroad, new proposed states are designed and their capacity calculations are performed. Simulations of the current state as well as of the new proposed states were carried out using PTV VISSIM software. Schemes, photographic documentation and parts of certain calculations are included in the annexes.
