Abstract

The subject of the thesis "Family House - Velká Polom" is the process of implementation of project documentation for construction work according to the bachelor work assignment. The thesis concerns of building a family house. The project is based on a previously developed architectural study in the area of semester work Atelier construction I. The task of the study contained several requirements - housing for four people, respect for the enviroment, covered parking or a garage for one car. Family house is designed to meet with requirements for private use. The layout of the storey allows the house to be divided into two zones. Social zone of ground floor provides maximum contact for their users and connects the interior with a garden. First floor provides sufficient privacy. The family house consists of corridor, separate toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room, staircase, children's room, bathroom, bedroom and dressing room. The garage that is part of the family house is accessible from the ground. The form and expression of the building respects, continues and fits in with the landscape and the natural character of the edge of the village Velká Polom. The solution also includes a garden with local species of plants and trees.
