Abstract
The diploma thesis is dealing with satisfaction analysis of the staff in PRO ENAMO SERVIS s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part there are basic concepts from areas of staff motivation and satisfaction. The practical part includes evaluation of data, which I got from a survey. In the work there are suggested work factors, which influence the satisfaction of the staff. Last step is the proposal of suitable measures for the company.
