Abstract

The thesis deals with solicitude for employees in company DEZA, a. s. A problem of solicitude for employees is generally analysed. An integral part of the thesis is analysis of individual employee benefits in the company. Groundwork for the analysis is a questionnaire which was submitted to selected employees in DEZA, a. s. Acquired data were analysed. For a better imagination the data were marked out into graphs. The data evaluation identified important suggestions from employees.
