Abstract

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to clarify the problem of system wiring that includes a complete control of a house linked to all electrically powered elements installed in it. The main motive for this thesis is the rising availability of system wirings not only worldwide but also in this country. For that reason it is important to get acquainted with their basic options from both practical and economical points of view. The result shows a complete survey of system wirings and their main features. The introduction of this thesis presents a description of basic principles and realizations. Successively a list of companies that provide this activity is given, as wellas their general profiles and systems. The features of the entire communication are described together with the fundamental choice of components applied in projects. Next a detailed comparison of system and standard wirings follows showing their advantages and disadvantages. Finally the efficiency of smart houses is evaluated and their possible future shown. From the practical point of view – a basic design of wiring (both smart and standard) was made to compare these options. Next the costs were elaborated. Though they do not include the assembly they can clearly show financial points of each alternative.
