Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is elaboration of project documentation of a villa in Opava-Předměstí at the level of partial project documentation for the construction. The data and resources of the design result from the urban study of the area and the architectural study of the building elaborated in the subject of Studio Creation I. Studies were further developed in the subject of Studio Creation V and the project documentation within the subject of Studio Creation Va. The bachelor's thesis deals with the construction of a villa situated on the southeast slope on Bílovecká street. The villa is part of an urban study for this locality which was created in the subject of Studio Creation I. The design is focused primarily on the use of basic shapes and simple materials in an effort to find a clear solution. The bachelor’s thesis consists of a text part and drawing documentations and it is supplemented by an architectural detail.
