Abstract
The subject of this thesis is analysis of selected IPO in the US financial market. Thesis contains theoretical information about IPO, especialy in NASDAQ market. Next chapters are focused on introduction of selected companies which are Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and Google. Final part is analysis of IPO´s selected companies.
