Bezbariérové užívání veřejných prostranství – Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of twelve defined barrier routes in the city of Ostrava in the city districts Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz. The analysis evaluated pedestrian crossings, crossing points, public transport stops, entrances to hazardous areas, entrances to civic amenities and the general condition of pedestrian roads. Based on the findings of the current situation, an evaluation of the deficiencies was carried out and critical points were selected on which the proposed barrier-free modifications are created. A brief economic assessment is created for three possible barrier-free solutions. The diploma thesis is prepared in accordance with legal regulations, Czech technical standards and principles of the National Development Program Mobility for All.
