Abstract

An important area of financial managemet is business valuation. To determine the value of companies is possible using various methods, which is constantly improving and expanding. The goal of the thesis is to determine the value of the produciton company on 1. 1. 2011. Methods are used DCF – entity, capitalized income method and accounting method. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First part, it covers the theory of a given topic, especially basic terminology and formulas. The most important part of the information given practical. Contains a valuation of the company, preceded by microenvironment and macroenvironment analysis and analysis of financial health. Finally, the results of the valuation are summarized and assessed.
