Abstract

The main aim this Bachelor work is "Analysis Consumer Behaviour on the Coffee Market". The research was conducted using the method of Mystery Shopping. Consumer behaviour was examined by analysis of data obtained from record sheets. There was important identification of factors that affect consumers during the purchase. In the final section of the Bachelor work there are listed concrete proposals and recommendations for Starbucks.
