Komparace a hodnocení disparit v regionech NUTS 2 vybraných nordických zemí Evropy

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is regional disparities in selected Nordic countries of Europe, ie Denmark, Finland and Sweden. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to explore the topic of regional disparities within the EU Regional policy, to characterize selected Nordic countries and their regions and especially to identify, analyze, compare and evaluate the regional disparities of NUTS 2 regions of selected Nordic countries using different methods according to selected indicators in the defined reference period 2000–2016. Based on eighteen selected indicators, which are grouped into groups according to economic, social and territorial cohesion dimensions, disparities have been identified. The data of these indicators are shown using the semaphore scaling method and the interregional point method. Selected Nordic countries are among so-called net payers to the EU budget, so they draw from ESIF funds to shrink disparities less than countries that do not belong to this group of states.
