Eva Špačková, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of Arium family houses in Karviná on the level of partial project documentation for the construction. Data and resources for the elaboration of this bachelor´s thesis were taken from architectural study prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba I. and from the project documentation for the building permit from the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va. The work is divided into text and drawing part. The text part contains a technical report, and the drawing part is supplemented by an architectural detail of the atrium. The concept of this bachelor´s thesis is the greatest possible built-up area of the land by family houses. The development consists of two types of houses arranged in a carpet development. The total number of family houses on the plot is 24. The proposal will create a modern development on the unused plot, for which there is a demand in the area.
