Návrh modernizace stacionární linky v kamenolomu Výkleky

Abstract

The aim of my thesis work is the modernization of fixed lines in the quarry Výkleky. This thesis describes the history of the quarry, bearing characteristics, technology, mining, transport, the current status of the production line, and of course, the modernization proposal. Proposal for modernization of fixed lines in the quarry Výkleky concerns processing technology aggregates after primary crushing stage, namely the production of a new faction 100/300 Z. This material is on the Czech market very desirable in terms of building companies and also private individuals who seek finished stone of type. The chosen topic thus relates to the design of the production of new material in the establishment Výkleky which has a great premise sales of this product to the Czech market. The conclusion is devoted to overall techno-economic evaluation, the security benefit of the proposed solution, and sales of the product itself.
