Abstract
This woek is about problems of amalgamation of corporations and their appreciation.
Attention is given to methods and procedures of appreciation during amalgamation of corporations.These are exemplified in several variants of examples.In the end different methods of appreciation are displayed with their advantages and disadvantages including evaluation of the most optimal.
