Abstract
The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the
building permit for a three-storey apartment building in Ostrava with a focus on the design of
two variants of flat roof cladding. Part of the work is also the elaboration of an itemized
budget for both variants of roof coverings.
