Abstract

This diploma thesis has the title „Climate Diagnostics in a Chosen Company“. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the climate in a chosen organization and make a suggestion for its potential improvement. The work is divided into four main chapters. The opening part deals with theoretical characteristics of basic concepts related to diagnostics, business diagnostics, business climate and its measurement. Other chapter characterizes selected company – NC Line, s.r.o. Next part deals with a research whose practical part is questionnaire survey. On the basis of this empirical part it is identify in closing part, that there is a good business climate in the chosen company. Also are proposes potential solutions and recommendation for improvement the climate in this organization, for example improvement of attitude of management to the - motivation of employees, remuneration policy, catering service and unpleasant working conditions.
