Vývoj LC-MS/MS metody pro pesticidy a jejich monitoring ve vodách

Abstract

This thesis deals with the development of a method for selected pesticides by LC-MS / MS method. Their isolation and subsequent analysis from existing surface water samples, as well as qualitative identification of these pesticides in soil samples by QuEChERS method. This work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of selected pesticides. The various methods used for isolation and subsequent analysis and from the study of foreign articles. The practical part presents the individual sampling procedures, isolation of pesticides from existing water and soil samples, and the development of liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS). The developed method was verified by validation and used for the determination of pesticides from water and soil samples from the vicinity of Ostrava and Potštát. The most frequently detected pesticides were pendimethalin, metazachlor, metolachlor and tebuconazole.
