Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparation of selected stock exchanges in Europe and America with the use of selected criteria. The first part deals with the history and theoretical basics of stock exchanges. In the second part of the thesis the selected stock exchanges are described in more detail. The practical part focuses on an analysis of each selected stock exchange and a comparison between them. In the end, there is an evaluation of the results.
