Abstract

Filip Slivka The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare project documentation for the notification of construction or for the issuance of a building permit in accordance with Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. and Annex No. 9 to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the implementation of a detached family house on plot No. 3925/7 in the cadastral area of T rlicko in accordance with the valid Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a family house in Horní T rlicko. The house is designed for a family of three to four. The building has no basement, is two-storey and has a hipped roof. This bachelor's thesis contains the project documentation with accompanying and technical reports in the text part.
