Abstract

The title of thesis is „Designing a system of education and development of employees”. The aim of this thesis was to propose a suitable system of the education and development of managers, lectors and trainers from the Libros company. Secondary target was to make an offer of proposed education to close schema_dspacedb. We analyzed current knowledge and skills of employees and then we identified the educational needs. Thus we found disproportion between the needs and the actual situation. Therefore, we were able to identify the objective of educational activities. The next step was to create an educational plan. In planning, we examined the content of educational activities, participants, instructors, location, time, methods and techniques, costs, and way of assessing educational system. The criterion of planning was efficiency and utility of the proposed system. The third step is the implementation of the proposed educational system. The fourth necessary step was to design appropriate opportunities for assessment of the educational process. We have also introduced a practical example of calculating the costs needed to ensure the educational process and the yields that we gain from education. According to the calculations, we can say that the proposed educational plan will be profitable, and return of investment will be achieved in a relatively short time. We designed the survey to the public interest, and we outlined possible methods and frequency of evaluation of educational activities, both in quantitative and qualitative terms.
