Stanovení podmínek pro rozpouštění vybraných kovů v nestandartních loužidlech

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the determination of conditions for leaching of selected metals in non-standard leaches. The key question was addressed by converting non-ferrous metals including solder in solution at variable conditions in order to obtain maximum yield of the process. As a non-standard leaches thiourea solution was used. Samples of metals and solders were leached at different temperatures and times. Was also verified the possibility of intensifying the leaching process using pressure leaching. Pressure leaching took place in an autoclave at elevated temperature and pressure. The obtained extracts were determined leaches metal content and on the basis of this analysis were selected the most suitable conditions for the individual metals leaching. Leaching of the conditions can be used in the processing of electronic waste that contains significant amounts of metals. The suitability of this method for this application was verified in this diploma thesis.
