Realizace strukturální pomoci EU v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The aim of Bachelor thesis is in theoretic level the performance basic data of EU´s regional policy and in practise level above all the evaluation of implementation of EU´s structural aid in the Moravian – Silesian region trough the analysis of utilization of structural funds. Bachelor thesis is also aimed at a specific form of implementation of EU´s structural aid and its exploitation in the Moravian – Silesian region in example already implemented projects co-financed by the ESF.

Bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. After the first chapter, introduction, followed by the second, which outlines the role, importance and development of EU´s regional policy, describes the basic principles, history, objectives, tools, programming and financial framework in the programming periods 2000 - 2006 and 2007 - 2013. The third chapter attends to the socio-economic characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The fourth part deals with the usage of aid from EU´s structural funds in the Moravian-Silesian region, sets out a framework and programs of the EU´s structural aid in individual programming periods. Part of this chapter is a description of the implementation and utilization of operational programme the Human Resources Development in the Moravian-Silesian Region in two examples of projects financed by the ESF. The final chapter describes and evaluates the utilization of aid in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the programming period 2004 - 2006.
