Abstract

This thesis deals with the processing of local operating safety rule for a particular company Kreizltransporte s.r.o relating to transport within the haulage . In this thesis employers' obligations in the operation of freight motor vehicles, an overview of current legislation , a description of the activities of the company. The core work is to develop local security operating procedure which sets out uniform progress of the tasks of health and safety at work governing labor and technological processes that the employer is obliged to ensure the operation of transport trucks .
