Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with project’s documentation design for intelligent building wiring. The iNELS bus system from ELKO EP is used for the design. The entire project documentation deals with the management and lighting’s control, blinds and other devices. Furthermore, this system also enables the control and regulation of heating, recuperation and cooling in individual rooms of the building and the overall evaluation in terms of heat and electricity consumption. The introduction briefly describes the function and design of intelligent wiring. Subsequently, the history and current state is described, including the division of these electrical installations. The next part of the work is focused on the issue of buildings’ system technology in terms of legislation and applicable technical standards. The next chapter deals with the technical description and implementation of the iNELS bus system. The following practical part of this work deals with the project documentation design of the selected building using this system. The last chapter of this work evaluates and compares the technical and economic parameters of this system with other competing intelligent wiring. The conclusion of the thesis contains achieved results and benefits of this work. The evaluation from this point of view based on further possible development of the thesis’ topic.
