Analýza a zefektivnění procesu financování prodeje v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The Aim of the thesis is to analyse and to streamline the proces of sales financing in an industrial company. I elaborated my thesis in the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. In the theoretical part there is a business operation and a sales contract described. There are also some general informations about financial management in the part. Last chapter is focused on the process of sales financing, especially on payment terms and trade receivables management. The process of sales financing in ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. is analyzed in the first chapter of the practical part, followed by the process assessment. In the end of practical part there are some suggestions given to streamline the process of sales financing in ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s.
