Abstract

The diploma called „Competitiveness of The Banking Institution“ presents a competitiveness analysis of UniCredit Bank and its position among other banks in Šumperk district. The teoretical part includes definitions concerning a competitiveness, a strategy and methods to analysis internal and external surroundings of a firm. The practical part includes a introduction of the company and an analysis of a current situation by the methods mentioned in the teoretical part. There are some proposals and solutions increasing a competitiveness in a conclusion.
