Pracovní prostředí ve stavebnictví z pohledu genderu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním prostředí ve stavebnictví z pohledu genderu. Cílem této práce je zhodnotiti, jak se ženy cítí na pracovišti převážně tvořené mužským kolektivem v odvětví stavebnictví. V teoretické části bude definována důležitost pracovní pohody a psychosociální rizika s nimi spojená. Zároveň bude věnována pozornost specifikům genderu na tuto problematiku. Praktická část bude zaměřena na semi-kvalitní šetření ve vybraných organizacích s cílem zhodnotit současný stav.

The bachelor thesis deals with the working environment in the construction industry from a gender perspective. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate how women feel in a predominantly male workplace in the construction industry. The theoretical part will define the importance of work wellbeing and the sychosocial risks associated with them. At the same time, attention will be paid to the specifics of gender on this issue. The practical part will focus on a semi-qualitative investigation in selected organizations in order to assess the current situation.
