ELPOD: Zákaznická podpora v prostředí internetu, helpdesk, komunkase se zákazníky, péče o zákazníky

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the creation of a study material within an emerging subject of e business. This part is concerned with providing customer support and customer service on the Internet. Especially focuses on the familiarization of students with establishing customer support issues. At first, the reader is briefly mentioned to the opening of the business and subsequently learns about individual parts of the customer support. Gradually is described customer register, communication with customers and comparison of selected CRM tools. Description of the implementation of simple tool to work simplification for helpdesk operators is in separate chapter.
