Prevence rizik při výrobě pevné lékové formy se zaměřením na expozici chemickým látkám

Abstract

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the risks associated with exposure to chemical substances at the production site of solid dosage form. The aim of the thesis is to carry out an assessment of these risks, update the work categorization and, based on said activities, update the PPE cards for respective workplace positions. The thesis contains essential legislative and other regulations on the issue, the characteristics of risk prevention and a possible methodology for its implementation. Based on the chemicals used and with the help of safety data sheets and other information, a risk assessment and work categorization were carried out, risk mitigation measures were proposed, and appropriate PPE were suggested. Those were then implemented in the PPE and visualization cards. The aim of these visualization cards is to facilitate the employees’ orientation in the PPE cards.
