Abstract

The dissertation work is focused on the evaluation of various raw materials for the production of compost in terms of yield of humic acids. Following the issue of limited landfilling with a high content of biodegradable component is necessary to explore other feasible utilisation of these wastes. One very important technology is composting. The use of compost is limited by a many of qualitative and quantitative parameters specified in the Decree 341/2008 Coll. Use the compost unsuitable Ordinance would minimize for reclamation purposes only. For this reason, it is suitable to seek new opportunities for the use of "valuable" compost components. One of the options is using compost containing humic acids for direct application of concentrates containing humic and fulvic acids for agriculture to increase contents Cox in soils or the use of extracted humic acids as a sorbent for removing heavy metals from wastewater. In this work is for the separation of humic acids used a variety of materials with high content of organic components, which differ in their original composition and can therefore assume that the physico-chemical nature of extracted humic acids will be different. To determine the structural composition of humic acids was used for the pyrolysis chromatography. For the separation of humic acids was used biodegradable municipal waste produced in small settlements, compost on Composting Bruzovice, composts produced in minicomposter Mikromil, compost from grass grown in the Grassland Research Station OSEVA PRO, s.r.o. (Branch Zubri).
