Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is elaborating the Business Plan for a New Company. The first section contains theoretical knowledge which outline issue of enterprise and steps for assembling business plan. In practical section is elaborated particular business plan for establishing of café. This part contains elementary information about enterprise, analysis of external environment and planned cash flow. Analysis of external environment contains SLEPT analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces. In planned cash flow are calculated planned outlays and planned incomes and on their foundation are assembled financial statements. Conclusion contains summary and recommendation for beginning entrepreneur.
