Polyfunkční dům v Brně-Řečkovicích

Abstract

In the diploma thesis a multifunctional house in Brno-Rečkovice was designed. In the first part of the thesis, the project documentation of a new three-storey non-basement multifunctional house with a flat roof is developed in the scope for the implementation of the construction. In the second part the project documentation for heating is prepared. Hot water heating with forced circulation is proposed in the building. The heat source is an air/water heat pump with a ground/water heat pump variant. In the third part, the project documentation for forced ventilation of the sanitary rooms of the building is prepared. Forced ventilation is established by a central air handling unit. The thesis includes the calculated thermal technical requirements for the building structures, the heat loss of the building, the energy performance of the building, the sizing of heating and ventilation and the hot water consumption.
