Business model a implementace strategického plánování v oblasti stomatologie

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou business modelu a implementací strategického plánování v oblasti stomatologie. Cílem práce je zpracovat podnikatelský záměr pro založení nové stomatologické ordinace a zhodnotit jeho realizovatelnost. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání, strategického řízení a popisuje legislativní a provozní specifika poskytování stomatologických služeb. V praktické části jsou využity metody strategické analýzy, konkrétně PESTLE analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, BCG matice a SWOT analýza. Nedílnou součástí je rovněž řízený rozhovor s jednateli zavedené stomatologické ordinace KOLARČÍKDENT s. r. o. a komplexní finanční analýza zahrnující počáteční rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztráty, minutovou kalkulaci a stanovení bodu zvratu. V závěru práce je zpracován návrh strategie pro fiktivní ordinaci Na skus, s. r. o., která je postavena na diferenciaci, kvalitní péči, individuálním přístupu a využití moderních technologií. Z výsledků analýz vyplývá, že je projekt za předpokladu dostatečného využití kapacit a stabilního počtu pacientů ekonomicky realizovatelný. Práce tak může posloužit jako ucelený a reálný podklad pro budoucí založení a realizaci tohoto podnikatelského projektu.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the business model and the implementation of strategic planning in the field of dentistry. The aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan for establishing a new dental clinic and to evaluate its feasibility. The theoretical part defines basic concepts in the field of business, strategic management, and describes the legislative and operational specifics of providing dental services. In the practical part, methods of strategic analysis are applied, specifically PESTLE analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis, BCG matrix, and SWOT analysis. An integral part is also a guided interview with the executives of an established dental clinic and a comprehensive financial analysis including the initial balance sheet, profit and loss statement, minute calculation, and break-even point determination. The output of the thesis is a strategy proposal for the fictional clinic Na skus, s. r. o., which is based on differentiation, high-quality care, an individual approach, and the use of modern technologies. The results of the analyses show that the project is economically feasible, provided there is sufficient capacity utilization and a stable number of patients. The thesis can thus serve as a comprehensive and practical basis for the future establishment and realization of this business project.
