Odpovědnost insolvenčního správce

Abstract

The thesis deals with analyzing the role of insolvency administrator and his position in insolvency proceeding. First part of the thesis is devoted to the responsibilities of insolvency administrator. These responsibilities are described with respect to evolution process of insolvency and also with regard to which way the given bankruptcy is handled. The aim of this work is to describe insolvency administrator´s responsibilities resulted from his obligations. The bachelor thesis also analyzes the responsibility of insolvency administrator for the damage or another harm and criminal liability. To make the theme complete, bachelor thesis contains other chapters such as: legislation insolvency administrator and the insolvency proceedings, conditions for the profession of insolvency administrator, liability insurance, penalties for violation of administrator´s responsibility, assets. Overall assessment of the insolvency administrator’s new adjustment and the look at future development of insolvency regulations.
