Abstract

This Bachelor work is concerned in analysis of competitor's position of the Czech post, especially the area of parcel service between individuals and the company and between individuals themselves. The Bachelor work also includes the analysis of customer's content with the parcel service which the Czech post offers. It is predominantly solved by combination of primary survey and partly of secondary survey. The Bachelor work will be not only beneficial for the Czech post but also for other companies which operate on parcels market.
