Energetické využití biomasy.

Abstract

The dissertation "Biomass energy" deals with the use of biomass for combustion in small heating source in the home. This work is based on several current projects (Transfer of the best technologies in the field of energy sources, no. 22410420001; Support of local biomass heating, no. 22410220003; COACH BioEnergy, no. 1CE013P3) that dealt with the use of biomass energy in the family houses. The work begins with a brief introduction and represents goals and ways to achieve them. The next chapter describes the different categories of biomass including characteristics. Furthermore, the work focuses on the logistics of biomass. This chapter specifies the individual process steps from raw biomass to final processing. The theoretical part presents the different uses of biomass for energy purposes while focusing primarily on biomass combustion. Considerable attention is devoted to the combustion process, but also small combustion plant performance intended for household heating. The analytical part is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the characteristics of various types of biomass in the Moravian-Silesian Region, including specification of their energy use, depending on the characteristics. The second part deals with identifying changes in the amount of emissions in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The third part deals with the evaluation of the energy intensity of production of fuels from biomass and opportunities for further development in this area. The conclusion summarizes all the important results, highlights the benefits of this work and outlines the possibility of continued research in this area.
