Abstract
The bachelor thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company Vinium, a.s. It contains theoretical and practical part with application selected methods of the financial analysis. On the basis of financial analysis in the time period of 2010-2012 are proposed recommendations to improve the financial situation in future years.
