Abstract

The objective of the thesis is a summarization of the process management theory and a subsequent proposals for an application of appropriate process management tools, including an assessment of suitability and effectiveness of these proposals. The subject of the thesis is process management, its tools and their practical application. The objective of the thesis has been met by analysis method of selected company processes by an observation, interviews, process diagrams, an evaluation of process documentation and experiments. The evaluation of the suitability and effectiveness of the proposals to improve the processes resulting from the analysis was achieved by the scoring model method. The result of the thesis are two proposals of action plans leading to an improvement or stabilization of two analysed processes accompanied by evaluation of these proposals and a following recommendation.
