Abstract

The objective of this dissertation is to present a new strategy in a selected tool shop. The strategy is based on a performed analysis. The theoretical part describes the strategy analysis of internal and external company environment from a general perspective. The tool shop on which the strategic analysis will be applied is presented in the practical part. The results of the analysis are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the SWOT analysis a new strategy for the tool shop is submitted. The findings and observations acquired based on this dissertation should be beneficial for the tool shop management and should lead to reaching better results in the future.
