Abstract
This Diploma Thesis deals with determination of the term expropriation and with analysis of Czech expropriation legislative, first in principle and then following in relation to the special act for the purpose of mineral resources production as stated in the title of this Thesis. The Diploma Thesis focuses on finding any absences in the present legal regulations and on recommendations of any possible legal modifications and adjustments to enhance its using.
