Abstract

This Diploma thesis solves the project documentation for new Community centre with swimming-bath. The Diploma thesis consists from two main parts. The first part solves project documentation for civil engineering. In the second part there were evaluate all constructions by thermal-technical requirements. Also there was chosen heating and ventilation system. In the end of this Thesis there was comparison with alternative energy source economically.
