Abstract

My bachelory work is about “ System of training and educating employees in selected organization.” In first part I started with the description of theory, which was related with manageing human resources, education, developing and related employee motivation, educational methods and training-evaluation method. Furthermore this part continued with explanation of learning organization. In next part I defined selected organization XY. I described history of organization, scope of bussiness, organizational structure, goals and employees. The third section analyzes training and development in selected company. I wrote about the succession plan, personal development plan and the types of training that take place in company. In this chapter, I continued with evaluation of enquiry and interview, where I obtained data which I processed and evaluated graphically. The last part is devoted to suggestions and recommendations, that could improve the company's training and staff development.
