Logistika nákupu a distribuce

Abstract

Diplomová práce má název Logistika nákupu a distribuce. Součástí této diplomové práce jsou: charakteristika analyzované společnosti LIBROS, stanovení cílů diplomové práce, teoretická východiska, aplikace těchto východisek v praxi, náměty a doporučení. Cílem je stanovit optimální velikost objednávky a rychlost pohybu zásob vybraného produktu, analyzovat dodavatelskou síť společnosti a provést zhodnocení a výběr nejvhodnějšího dodavatele. Dále navrhnout nejvhodnější umístění centrálního skladu pomocí souřadnic a vypočíst, zda je pro společnost výhodnější vyrábět zadaný produkt ve vlastní režii. Výsledkem této práce jsou náměty a doporučení společnosti, jak zlepšit systém nákupní a distribuční logistiky.

This thesis is entitled Logistics of Purchase and Distribution. It is divided into the following sections: a description of LIBROS, the company which is analysed, a determination of the goals of the thesis, theoretical solutions, the practical application of these solutions, and finally, suggestions and recommendations. The aim of the thesis is to establish the optimal order volume and speed of stock turnover of a particular product; to analyze the supplier network of the company and to evaluate and select the best supplier. In addition, the thesis attempts to suggest the best location for a central warehouse by means of a system of coordinates and to calculate if it would not be more expedient for a particular product to be produced by the company itself. The results of the thesis consist of suggestions and recommendations to the company concerning how to improve the system of purchase and distribution.
