Možnosti nakládání s VEP

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována zpracování vedlejších energetických produktů a možnostem jejich zpracování. V úvodu je všeobecně popsán vznik popílků po spalování fosilních paliv. V další části je popisován vznik popílků po fluidním spalování v United Energy, a.s. v teplárně v Komořanech u Mostu a zpracování těchto popílků jako aditivovaného granulátu. Následně je popsán proces peletizace popílků po spalování fosilních paliv. Experimentální část diplomové práce je věnována zpracování popílků po fluidním spalovaní procesem peletizace, provedení výluhových zkoušek a studii porovnání odvozu stávajícího aditivovaného granulátu a peletizovaných popílků.

The thesis is devoted to the processing of energetic by-products and their processing capabilities. The introduction generally describes the origin of fly ash from combustion of fossil fuels. The next section describes the origin of ash after fluidized combustion in United Energy a.s. in the heating plant in Komořany near Most and processing of this fly ash as additive granulate . Afterwards there is described the pelletizing process of fly ash after the combustion of fossil fuels. The experimental part of this thesis is dedicated to the processing of fly ash after fluidized combustion by pelletizing, extraction tests and study which compares the transport of the existing additive granulate and pelleted ash.
