Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with small and medium enterprises and the foundation of their own business. The theoretical part explains terms related to entrepreneurship, limitations, support and trends of small and medium-sized enterprises. The advantages and disadvantages of employment and business are compared. It also mentions the various legal forms of business, the structure of the Visegrad Four companies and the conditions of founding a limited liability company in the Visegrad Group countries. The practical part includes the procedure of establishing a limited liability fictitious company and convening a general meeting. In conclusion, a business plan was created to establish a fictitious company.
