Analýza konsolidační skupiny DEK, a. s.

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the analysis of the consolidation group DEK, a.s., which specializes in the market with building materials and activities around building materials. In my diploma thesis, I focus mainly on the analysis of group consolidation. In the thesis, I evaluate the financial results of the group and compare them in four accounting periods. I use procedures from practice and literature. The thesis aims to evaluate the consolidation of the group and its ability on the market, suggest possible proposals and recommendations that would help the group to strengthen its position and improve the financial situation.
