Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the teamwork in the youth team U16 in the football club FC Baník Ostrava. The first part discusses the theoretical and methodological basis of teamwork. Subsequently, the FC Baník Ostrava club is characterized, which is a football club playing the highest Czech football competition and is one of the most successful teams in the Czech Republic. The team which was analyzed was affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Based on a questionnaire survey and an interview with the head coach of the team, the quality and success of the team was analyzed. From the information obtained, it can be concluded that the U16 youth team is successful even the situation. Although the team creates smaller groups, which can subsequently disrupt the joint preparation for the match, players try to communicate with the coach and are not afraid to express their own opinion, which leads to improvement of team activity and efficiency, despite the lack of time and unfavorable coronavirus situation.
