Využití metody FMEA při zlepšování procesu výroby hadic

Basis of the bachelor thesis is inherent in evalution of the current FMEA method used in the organization. The organization analyse tools are on the base of VDA 4 supervised. Result of the analysis performed that it´s need to improve the current FMEA application for the current TOC hose production process. Application of the FMEA method it is assured to identify the potential risk through the organization. The FMEA method was improved in the field of potential risks, it´s potential failure mode, potential effects of failure and current design control. The prevention and detection of current process control were defined as well. The approach for the improvement of FMEA chosen was ment to minimalizme the rate of potential risks in the highest possible level and at the same time optimalize process.
