Problematika zpřesnování hranic pozemku v geodetické praxi

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice zpřesňování hranic pozemku. Obsahem diplomové práce je část teoretická, která obsahuje základní informace o geometrickém plánu, katastru nemovitostí, ale i o druzích pozemků nebo o způsobech zpřesnění. V praktické části je poté přiblíženo na dvou případech zpřesnění hranic pozemku, jak bylo prováděno měření nebo jaké bylo použito vybavení a software. Veškeré potřebné dokumenty, které jsou potřeba k zapsání geometrického plánu na katastr nemovitostí jsou uvedeny v příloze této diplomové práce.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of specifying the boundaries of the land. The content of the diploma thesis is the theoretical part, which contains basic information on the geometric plan, the real estate cadastre, but also on the types of land or on the methods of specification. In the practical part, two cases of specifying the boundaries of the plot are presented, how the measurement was performed or what equipment and software was used. All the necessary documents that are needed to register the geometric plan in the real estate cadastre are listed in the appendix to this thesis.
