Abstract

Application of QFD for Rear Group Lamp Quality Planning

This diploma thesis deals with the areas of quality planning and improvement, which represent the two most important parts in terms of quality assurance and fulfillment of customer requirements. The theoretical part is focused on detailed description and presentation of the most used methods in product quality planning, including the latest trends. The practical part, together with the market survey, is devoted to the application of the QFD method to selected types of the rear group lamp and their subsequent comparison to the competition.
